Arrival Policy

We welcome your arrival at The Pilgrimage at any time; we do NOT have a specific arrival window.  However, we do ask that at least two weeks ahead of your arrival you let us know your planned arrival time as arrangements must be made for staff to meet you and facilitate your orientation.

We guarantee that someone will greet you if you plan to arrive by 7:30 pm.  As such, if at all possible, we ask that you try to plan on arriving before this time.  If your requested arrival time is after 7:30 pm,  we will make alternative arrangements for your arrival.

On the day of your arrival, when you are 30 minutes away from The Pilgrimage (at 395, 495 or 66 or at airport, train, or bus station), please call the Program Manager, Karina Saunders, and she will meet you at The Pilgrimage. If en route, you realize that you will be arriving outside your window of estimated arrival time, please contact Karina at the Pilgrimage Office at 202-387-6615 (during office hours) or 917-513-3535 (during non office hours).

There is NOT a specific checkout time.  Your reservation allows you to keep your possessions at The Pilgrimage the entire day of your checkout date if you wish.
